| Switch your ACH debits to your new account Once your First Security State Bank account has been opened, you can begin the process of switching your ACH debits to your new account. If you do business with a company that does not have the ability setup your ACH online, you can download our Automatic Transfer Authorization (ACH Debit) Form. Simply fill in your information and mail it to them. |

| Switch your ACH credits to your new account Of course, you will want to make sure that your ACH Credits (payroll, Social Security, dividends, etc) are switched to your new account. You can download our Direct Deposit (ACH Credit) Authorization Form, fill in your information and, if applicable, present it to your employer. Likewise, present the form to anyone else who is providing you with a recurring credit. If you are receiving Social Security Deposits from the US Treasury, you need to call the Social Security Administration or go to www.ssa.gov to change your direct deposit. |
